On December 1, 2020, St. Vincent’s transitioned to a new patient portal, MyChart Plus. Now, with one log in you’ll access both hospital and doctor’s office records.
You’ll still have access to the Cerner and Athena portals (see links below) but you’ll need to set up a new MyChart Plus account starting 12/1/2020.

As always you can still manage your health by providing secure access to portions of your medical information 24/7. You can communicate with your doctor, manage your appointments, access your tests results, request prescription refills and pay your hospital bill online.
